For this reason, Sinbosen has recently released active versions of the KA208 and KA210 line array systems. By adding an amplifier module to the KA18 subwoofer and connecting the speaker to this module, the entire system can run very conveniently! The difference between active speaker systems and passive speaker systems: 1. Active speaker system: Active speaker system refers to the integrated amplifier inside the speaker, which can directly receive audio signals and output sound. Therefore, the active speaker system does not require an additional amplifier, just needs to connect the sound source to use. It has the characteristics of simplicity and convenience, suitable for non professional users or occasions that require concise layout. 2. Passive speaker system: A passive speaker system refers to a speaker that does not have an integrated amplifier and requires additional power amplifiers to drive the speaker to produce sound. Passive speakers are only responsible for transmitting sound, while amplifiers are responsible for increasing the power of the sound. About The Software

1. Connect to PC
RS485:
Please install the 485connect driver first. (Choose the correct driver based on the PC version). then
Please install our DSP software. After all installations are completed, please connect the power amplifier module and PC with a 485 cable.
USB:
Please install our DSP software. After completing all installations, please connect the amplifier module to the PC using a USB cable.
Start the software, click on the "Search Device ID" button in the upper right corner, and then click on the "Disconnect" button in the upper left corner
The "Connect" button starts working when the button displays "Connected".

2.There are 4 preset modes and 4 user modes. You can freely adjust these 8 modes through DSP software

You can freely reload these 8 modes on your PC. When disconnecting the PC, you can reload these modes through the switch buttons on the amplifier module.

3. Different numbers of 'Device ID' indicate different teams of active speakers. The default number for new modules is 1.But you can freely set the device ID.
You can use the 'boardcast' button to connect different 'device ID' speakers. Then you can achieve simultaneous debugging to override the parameters of other speakers with the same ID through the speakers you set up
One channel (1X1 mode) or two channels (1X2 mode)
When you want to use your amplifier in a mono speaker (or mono subwoofer), please select 1X1 mode and set the software to 1-channel mode.

1) Frequency divider adjustment
You can adjust HPF&LPF as needed. And there are multiple slopes for you to choose from.

2) (Parameter Equalizer)
Each channel has 6 EQ adjustment points and 3 adjustment methods: PEQ, LS, HS.
PEQ: You can improve or attenuate the peak of the desired frequency.
LS: You can adjust the low-pass of the frequency you want.
HS: You can adjust the frequency you want for Qualcomm.

3) (Q-value adjustment)
The smaller the Q value you choose, the wider the frequency you will affect. On the contrary, the larger the selected Q value,
the narrower the frequency.The maximum Q value you can choose is 36.

4) (Limiter)
Limiters are an effective way to ensure the safety of speakers and amplifiers. Please fully consider the power of the speaker and the resistance of the amplifier
Anti. Here's a suggestion: The threshold should not exceed the maximum power, and then 'Attack' and 'Release' can be adjusted according to your needs.
5) (Delay)
Usually, it is difficult to synchronize high and low frequencies. To solve this problem, we usually delay the low frequencies to eliminate the time difference and increase the speaker volume. Please adjust the delay function measurement software according to the audio test.
6) (Other)
Mute: Keep one of the channels quiet as needed.
Gain: Adjust the volume of different channels as needed.
Recoup: Using bass compensation in the low-frequency channel can improve the low-frequency effect and make the low-frequency more full.
[+] [-]: Phase adjustment.
7) (Save)
There are 8 preset modes in the software, which you can save on your PC and then reload into other modules



8)Attention: When the red light (on the amplifier) remains on for a long time, the amplifier will enter protection mode. Please lower the speaker volume.
